DELIVERY OF THE ORDER
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing as proof of delivery of the shipment.
If, for any reason, the box with the LIGUORI print or some parts of the packaging appear to have been tampered with, customers are asked to sign the receipt with reservation,
or refuse the delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unrecognized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact LIGUORI at customercare@liguorigioielli.it.
If a reception or concierge is available at the address, the courier is authorized to deliver the package to the personnel present.
If the package and/or the items inside are damaged, or if an item indicated on the delivery note is missing inside, the packaging must be kept for further checks.
Any dispute regarding damage, missing items, or delivery to an incorrect address will have to be addressed. reach LIGUORI within a maximum of 10 days, the delivery date shown on the courier's website, otherwise it will not be possible. be accepted.
All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with LIGUORI and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package.
If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent , incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses the delivery, shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
